Annabel Croll

Annabel is credited with the sale of some of the district's finest properties and has a sound understanding of the local market.
Her excellent communications and negotiating skills were honed earlier when running her own successful business – and as a private property owner she has renovated three successive homes with a good eye for detail. Over the years she has developed a very useful and wide-ranging network in the local housing industry.
Former deputy mayor of Hunters Hill and an active member of the community, she is keenly community minded and has a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining and preserving the historic elements of this area. This in turn makes Hunters Hill and its surrounding suburbs increasingly valuable and a much sought-after place to live.
Having lived in the Hunters Hill area all her life she has a comprehensive, diverse local knowledge. Both her children attended the local schools and are now studying at university.
